Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Forage. This policy explains how refunds work for our paid subscription plans.

Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges, so no refunds apply.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Team) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and does not apply to renewals.

Renewals

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges once processed. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your Account page.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. After cancellation your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period — we do not pro-rate partial months. Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window:

  1. Email billing@forage.app with the subject line "Refund request"
  2. Include the email address on your account and the date of your payment
  3. We will process your refund within 5 business days

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exceptional Circumstances

We handle refund requests outside the 7-day window on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., a billing error or extended service outage). Contact us at billing@forage.app and we will do our best to help.
