How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Account page and click "Manage Billing". You can cancel there. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period.

I was charged but my plan didn't upgrade.

Email billing@forage.app with your account email and payment date and we'll sort it out within 1 business day.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email privacy@forage.app with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete everything within 30 days.

I found a bug or something isn't working.

Email support@forage.app with a description and, if possible, a screenshot. We ship fixes fast.
